“Brian and his company Total Construction NE Ltd. were recommended to us by a friend. We required a Guardian tiled roof on our conservatory to enable us to use the room all year round; something we were unable to do in winter. A survey was done and a realistic price provided together with a timescale to complete the work. The deliveries, and excellent teams of fitters, electricians and plasterers arrived and completed their work at the times promised with exceptional professionalism. All the tradesmen Brian used were polite, knowledgeable and pleasant and worked without interruption until work was complete; enabling the other trades to follow on at the times promised. Mess was kept to a minimum with all rubbish removed by each trade ensuring everything was left ready for the following team.We are more than happy to recommend Brian and his teams to others requiring a Guardian roof system installation. They have provided everything we requested – even the ceiling spotlights we decided on last minute, with no extension to the timescales promised.We are looking forward to enjoying our extra room which already feels warmer. Can’t recommend this company enough, I was about to give up on doing a double extension on the side of my house, after a year of looking for a builder with some not getting back to me or being out priced because of the work involved. The height at the back of the building and the depth required for the foundation put most builders off. Total construction came out to look at the job, what other builders seen as a problem total construction didn’t, we agreed on a price which was the cheapest of all other quotes that got back to me, they are currently half way through the work and I honestly can’t fault anything, they’re a great bunch of hard working lads and the standards are second to none, can’t wait for it to be finished so the pictures can be showing on here.
